Terms Of Acceptance

These are the Terms of Use (“ToU”) under which you may use the GO4IT!® portal (“Website”), which you (“User”, “Exhibitor”) hereby undertake to abide by with the owner/s of the portal (“Company”):

1. Acceptance by the Company of a User’s application to list is solely at Company discretion. Logos or links to sites containing illegal material will not be accepted. If it comes to our notice that such material is put up subsequent to listing on our page, the relevant logo, link and any other information on our site shall be immediately and permanently removed without any notice, and no refund made.
2. Company shall not be liable for any claims or representations made for any material depicted in any of the logos or links or company description or content submitted by those listing on our page.
3. Company shall not be responsible or liable for any disruptions in the servers on which the Website is hosted, which service is provided by an independent hosting service provider.
4. REFUND, CANCELLATION. There is no provision for refunds or for amending material or content the User submits once the same has been approved and listed on Website. However, User may request cancellation and deletion of their content, which the Company will comply with but without any refund. Cancellation or deletion requests to be made in writing from the User’s email account registered with the Company at the time of application.
5. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any material or content placed by you on the Website; that you are 18 years of age or older or such as to be legally deemed as being over the age of legal consent in the geography of your You also represent and warrant to the Company that you will use the Website/s in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations in India.
6. The Company does not warrant that any User / exhibitor is who they claim to be. 10. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR COMPANYBSITE/S WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR IS/ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS.
